Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by OpenAg.ai shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The place of arbitration shall be Germantown, Tennessee.

10. Termination

OpenAg.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms or use the services in a manner that may create legal, security, operational, or reputational risks for OpenAg.ai or its users and partners.
